The Giant's Causeway

The Giant's Causeway

I have done the Giant’s Causeway before – I mean it be silly of me not to have done it living so close to it. However, when my friend came to visit this was one of her bucket list places to see – so we did it. We started the day of driving the Causeway Coastal Route – a beautiful scenic drive from Belfast right through to Londonderry, however we ended the scenic drive at the Giant’s Causeway. Last time I did this we had the most amazing sunset over the Causeway, and for a place that is renowned for having bad weather, I was expecting it be so this time. How wrong I was. We arrived and the sun came out to greet us allowing for some great photo opportunities. The photo you see here shows the Giant’s Causeway coastline – I love the blue sky, the blue sea and the green grass just makes the image pop. After a long day of driving and sightseeing, we had one happy friend and one happy photographer.
